Manufactured from die casting 108 aluminum alloy.  The die casting process with a steel mold reduces casting porosity to a minimum.

Every pump is installed with a heavy duty bearing system combined with a 3/4 inch integral ball bearing and a 3/4 inch roller bearing to withstand higher torsion loads at high RPM and also reduce horizontal movement to extend useful life and minimize the shaft vibration from water flow turbulence.

The heavy-duty mechanical water seal is for long life operation. Cast iron impellers with curved vanes are machined from CNC centers for accuracy and durability with maximum flow rate and greater pressure.

Each pump is test for four hours to ensure the absolute best quality and peak performance.
